实验利用鼠腺嘌呤模型,观察益泉胶囊和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)对慢性肾小管损伤的治疗作用,比较二者治疗效果。结果显示益泉胶囊组和ATP组尿比重下降较轻,尿溶菌酶排出较少,第24日模型组血磷升高,钙和二氧化碳结合力下降明显,与治疗组比较有显著性差异。益泉胶囊和ATP均有抗肾小管损伤、恢复肾小管功能的作用,并有改善肾小管功能损伤引起的电解质代谢和酸碱平衡紊乱的作用,且益泉胶囊疗效优于ATP。
In the experiment, a rat adenine model was used to observe the therapeutic effects of Yiquan capsule and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) on chronic tubular injury and to compare the therapeutic effects of both. The results showed that the decrease in urine specific gravity was less in the Yiquan capsule group and the ATP group, and less urinary lysozyme was excreted. On the 24th day, the model group increased serum phosphorus, and the binding force of calcium and carbon dioxide decreased significantly. There was a significant difference from the treatment group. Both Yiquan Capsule and ATP have the effect of resisting renal tubular injury and restoring renal tubular function, and have the effect of improving electrolyte metabolism and disorder of acid-base balance caused by damage of renal tubular function, and Yiquan Capsule has better curative effect than ATP.
