目的对玉溪市1~10岁儿童麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)常规免疫后抗体水平进行评价,为今后消除麻疹制定相关免疫策略提供科学依据。方法采用人口容量比例概率抽样法(PPS)法抽取的1686名适龄儿童检测血清麻疹IgG抗体。结果麻疹抗体阳性率91.28%,保护率73.13%,几何平均滴度(GMT)1:551.30;不同居住形式、不同接种剂次、不同年龄组、不同县儿童之间麻疹抗体阳性率、保护率和GMT差异有统计学意义;性别间抗体保护率、GMT差异有统计学意义,抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论玉溪市1~10岁儿童麻疹抗体水平较高,但流动儿童是免疫薄弱环节,在流动儿童中全面落实MV常规免疫对消除麻疹有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the antibody levels of live attenuated measles vaccine (MV) in children aged 1 ~ 10 years old in Yuxi city in order to provide a scientific basis for eliminating the related immunization strategies in the future. Methods 1686 children of school age were enrolled in this study. Serum measles IgG antibody was detected by PPS (Population Probability Probability Sampling) method. Results The positive rate of measles antibody was 91.28%, the protection rate was 73.13%, and the geometric mean titer (GMT) was 1: 551.30. The positive rate of measles antibody and the protection rate among children of different ages, GMT difference was statistically significant; gender antibody protection rate, GMT difference was statistically significant, antibody positive rate difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The level of measles antibody is high in children aged 1 ~ 10 years in Yuxi City, but the floating children are the immunocompromised part. The full implementation of MV routine immunization in migrant children is of great importance to the elimination of measles.
