Always thought I was “moving” enough. Weekdays for the company’s business south war, non-stop; after work to buy food, cooking and other housework is “inside and outside a handful.” But my friend told me that these ministries I have done are “laborers” and that they differ greatly from the sport. Labor is mostly labor-intensive and is not balanced. It is definitely the most labor-intensive component. Worry, is to worry about, bones uncomfortable to be able to relieve, but like a tight string, one day the string will lose elasticity, even more worrisome is: one day, string broken!
