建立了一种同时检测四种防腐剂的高效液相色谱-串联质谱的分析方法。样品经甲醇超声提取,oasis HLB固相萃取柱净化,高效液相色谱-串联质谱的方法分析了四种尼泊金酯类防腐剂。采用多反应监测模式和外标法定量,在0.1~10 ng/mL范围内有很好的线性,在三个浓度水平上的添加回收率的平均值在(81.9±6.41)%~(92.41±7.39)%,相对标准偏差6.55%~9.78%。该方法适用于糕点样品中四种尼泊金酯类防腐剂的检测,有检测速度快,灵敏度高的特点。
A method for simultaneous determination of four preservatives by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was developed. Samples were extracted by methanol, oasis HLB solid phase extraction column purification, high performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry method analysis of four kinds of paraben ester preservatives. The results showed that the average recoveries of all the three concentrations ranged from (81.9 ± 6.41)% to (92.41 ± 7.39)%, the relative standard deviation of 6.55% ~ 9.78%. The method is suitable for the detection of four kinds of parabens ester preservatives in the cake sample, which has the advantages of high detection speed and high sensitivity.
