目的研究老年雌性大鼠性激素和骨生化标志物间的关系。方法选用18月龄老年大鼠作为老年性骨量降低模型,分析大鼠血清FSH、LH、P、E2水平和血清ALP,TrACP活性间的关系,并探讨了老年大鼠体内雌激素的来源问题。结果老年大鼠的动情周期时相与青年大鼠明显不同,性激素水平发生明显改变。FSH、LH可以独立于E2而直接对血清TrACP进行调节。结论骨生化指标和性激素水平有相关性。雌激素降低是引发这一调节过程的重要因素,老年大鼠非生殖系统雌激素所占比例增大。
Objective To study the relationship between sex hormones and bone biochemical markers in aged female rats. Methods 18-month-old aged rats were selected as the senile osteopenia model to analyze the relationship between serum FSH, LH, P, E2 levels and serum ALP and TrACP activity, and to explore the source of estrogen in aged rats . Results The estrous cycle phase in aged rats was significantly different from that in young rats, and the level of sex hormones changed significantly. FSH, LH can directly regulate serum TrACP independently of E2. Conclusion There is a correlation between bone biochemical indexes and sex hormone levels. Estrogen reduction is an important factor in this regulatory process, and the proportion of non-reproductive system estrogen in older rats increases.
