三萜化合物具有抗菌、降压、镇静和抗癌等多种生理活性,19—α羟墓乌苏酸类化合物是其中的一种类型的化合物。这种类型的化合物存在于蔷薇科(Rosaceae)、冬青科(Aquifoliaceae)和山柳科(Clethraceae)等科植物中,往往含有多个羟基,测定这些羟基在母核上的连接位置、构型和构象,成为整个结构测定工作中一个比较困难而又有趣的部分。我们在研究刺梨(Rosa roxburghii Tratt)化学成分的过程中,利用核磁共振氢谱为工具,做了一些这方面的工作,本文就此作一总结。
Triterpene compounds have many physiological activities such as antibacterial, antihypertensive, sedative and anticancer activities. 19-alphahydroxyurethane toUsulinic acid compounds are one of the types of compounds. This type of compound exists in families such as Rosaceae, Aquifoliaceae, and Clethraceae, and often contains multiple hydroxyl groups. The position and configuration of these hydroxyl groups on the core are determined. Conformation has become a more difficult and interesting part of the overall structure determination work. In the process of studying the chemical composition of Rosa roxburghii Tratt, we used nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy as a tool to do some work in this area. This article summarizes this.
