现在是知识经济的时代,经济的全球化发展带给国有企业冲力与挑战。在经营管理方式上要求管理者摒弃旧式传统的经营想法,特别是在经营管理的人性化改变上有所进步。知识是一个聚集性很强的集合,管理经营中随着时代的进步,要求国有企业人也需要不断地跟上知识发展的脚步。本文从国有企业的发展历程分析探讨一些经营管理的方式,对我国的国有企业发展进行浅探。
Now is the era of knowledge-based economy. The globalization of economy brings the momentum and challenge to state-owned enterprises. In terms of management methods, managers are required to abandon the old traditional management idea, especially in the humanized changes of management. Knowledge is a highly aggregated collection. With the progress of management in the past, state-owned enterprises need to constantly keep pace with the pace of knowledge development. This article analyzes some ways of operation and management from the development of state-owned enterprises, and probes into the development of state-owned enterprises in our country.
