阐述了物流在钢铁生产中的重要作用,分别对临海新厂总图布置与物流、老厂规模扩大与物流进行了案例浅析。笔者指出临海建厂,厂区应靠近装卸交接点,便于原、燃料运入和成品运出,缩短运输距离,运输成本最为经济;山区及老厂改造,只要总图布置、竖向设计合理,也可使厂内物流顺畅、短捷,避免物流交叉、折返,达到降低产品成本,提高效益的目的。 The important role of logistics in steel production was expounded.
