阐述了物流在钢铁生产中的重要作用,分别对临海新厂总图布置与物流、老厂规模扩大与物流进行了案例浅析。笔者指出临海建厂,厂区应靠近装卸交接点,便于原、燃料运入和成品运出,缩短运输距离,运输成本最为经济;山区及老厂改造,只要总图布置、竖向设计合理,也可使厂内物流顺畅、短捷,避免物流交叉、折返,达到降低产品成本,提高效益的目的。
The important role of logistics in steel production was expounded. Case studies were made on the layout and logistics of Linhai New Factory, the scale expansion of the old factory and the logistics respectively. The author points out that Linhai will set up factories and factories should be close to the loading and unloading junctions so as to facilitate the transportation of raw materials and fuels and finished products to shorten the transportation distance and the most economical transportation cost. As long as the layout of the general plan and the vertical design are reasonable, Can make the logistics within the plant smooth and short, to avoid cross-logistics, reentry, to reduce product costs and improve efficiency.
