本研究探究CD73在不同类型白血病中表达和与白血病分化程度的关系。结合细胞免疫组织化学和瑞氏-姬姆萨染色方法分析75例白血病、11例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、13例非白血病和9例正常人骨髓有核细胞中CD73阳性率及其与白血病细胞分化关系。结果显示,B-ALL(com-B,pre-B)和PLL患者CD73阳性细胞率显著高于B-CLL(p<0.05);AML亚型M1、M2a、t(8;21)、t(15;17)、M4和M5患者阳性细胞率高于MDS;M6与MDS两者低且差异不显著。T-ALL、B-CLL、M6、MDS、非白血病患者及正常人CD73阳性细胞率相近,均低于B-ALL和其它AML亚型。结论:CD73表达与白血病细胞种类、分化程度及白血病的发生发展相关,髓系白血病和B淋巴细胞白血病分化程度越高CD73表达越低,T-ALL不符合这一规律。
This study explored the relationship between the expression of CD73 in different types of leukemia and the differentiation of leukemia. The positive rates of CD73 in 75 cases of leukemia, 11 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), 13 cases of non-leukemia and 9 cases of normal human bone marrow nucleated cells were analyzed by cell immunohistochemistry and Wright-Giemsa staining. Leukemia cell differentiation relationship. The results showed that the positive rate of CD73 in B-ALL (com-B, pre-B) and PLL patients was significantly higher than that in B-CLL (p <0.05); AML subtypes M1, M2a, t 15; 17). The positive cell rates were higher in patients with M4 and M5 than those with MDS; M6 and MDS were low and the difference was not significant. The rates of CD73 positive cells in T-ALL, B-CLL, M6, MDS, non-leukemia patients and normal individuals were all lower than those in B-ALL and other AML subtypes. Conclusion: The expression of CD73 is correlated with the type and differentiation of leukemia cells and the occurrence and development of leukemia. The higher the differentiation degree of myeloid leukemia and B lymphocyte leukemia is, the lower the expression of CD73 is. T-ALL does not accord with this rule.
