软土地基在我国分布广泛,由于其强度低,承载能力小,易变性及水稳定性差等显著缺点,使得在铁路及公路路基产生过大工后沉降及变形,导致路基失稳,进而产生各种路基病害,严重影响了工程修建质量。水泥搅拌桩采用水泥材料作为固化剂,利用工程钻机将旋喷注浆管埋置于预定的加固深度,通过钻杆将预先配好的水泥浆以一定压力从喷嘴喷出,使土和水泥浆拌成固化体,该软基处理工艺已经逐渐被应用到工程实践中。本文以云桂铁路某施工段的工程实践为例,深入探讨水泥搅拌桩在处理软土地基中的关键性施工工艺及现场控制技术。

Taking the engineering practice in a construction section of Yun-Gui Railway as an example, this paper discusses in depth the key construction technology and on-site control technology of cement mixing piles in the treatment of soft soil foundation.
