国网新源控股有限公司(以下简称公司)结合自身站点多、地域分布广等特点,从2009年启动标准化建设工作,先后经历了试点先行、两级建设、全面推行和一体化标准体系建设四个阶段。2012年,建成了本部和基层单位上下一体的制度标准体系,实现了本部和所属单位纵向管理的流程贯通,规范了所属单位横向业务的同质化管理,为公司所属抽水蓄能电站相继由筹建到基建、基建到生产的滚动式发展,奠定了持续优化的基础。
State Grid Xinyuan Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) started its standardization work in 2009 in light of its large number of sites and wide geographic distribution.
