一、比赛内容:由江苏省烹饪协会和溧阳市人民政府联合举办的首届江苏省淡水鱼烹饪大赛,分设个人单项赛和团体全鱼宴比赛两个项目。个人单项赛:要求以淡水鱼为主要原料制作2道特色菜肴(冷、热不限)。团体全鱼宴比赛:要求以淡水鱼为主要原料制作一组由冷菜、热菜等组成的完整筵席。二、参赛对象:各宾馆、饭店、酒楼及餐饮企业的餐饮总监、行政总厨师长、厨师,各烹饪学院(新生)烹饪老师、学生,各学校
