目的 探讨 2型糖尿病与骨质疏松间的内在联系。方法 使用 45 0 0W型双能X线骨密度测量仪测定 5 2例 2型糖尿病患者 ,并对 2 8例健康对照者分别作腰椎L2~ 4 前后位及腰椎侧位椎体中部区域的骨矿含量检测。结果 2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松组的骨密度均明显低于未合并骨质疏松组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 2型糖尿病易患骨质疏松 ,患者的骨密度与胰岛功能有关 ,胰岛功能明显减退者骨密度亦明显降低
Objective To explore the relationship between type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis. Methods Fifty-two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled in this study. The 45 0 0W dual energy X-ray absorptiometry was used to measure the bone mineral density in 52 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Twenty-eight healthy controls were used respectively for the lumbar L2 ~ 4 anteroposterior and lateral lumbar vertebral body Content detection. Results The BMD of type 2 diabetic patients with osteoporosis was significantly lower than that of those without osteoporosis (P <0.01). Conclusions Type 2 diabetes is predisposed to osteoporosis. The bone mineral density of patients with type 2 diabetes is related to islet function, and the bone mineral density of patients with markedly decreased islet function is also significantly lower
