关节软骨缺损修复治疗的研究进展

近年来,骨性关节炎和运动导致关节软骨损伤的发病率逐渐上升.由于关节软骨自我修复能力有限,关节软骨损伤后的修复成为临床急需解决的问题.为此,研究者和临床工作者针对关节软骨损伤的修复进行了深入的研究和探索,对传统的治疗手段不断进行改进,一些新兴的治疗方法也逐渐应用于临床.本文就目前临床应用和研究中的关节软骨损伤的常见治疗方法和进展作一综述.
