计算机技术应用已遍及国民经济与社会生活的各个角落,使社会发生了巨大的变革,一日千里的改变着人们的思维模式、工作及生活方式。可是在我们培养跨世纪人才的中小学里,却恰恰远远地落在了后边。虽然从表面看,在硬件设备方面大都也鸟枪换炮,今非昔比;但事实上,无论在思想认识、课程结构、教育评价等方面几乎还是十几年一贯制,变化甚微。在思想观念上,无论从教育行政干部、普通教师,以至学生和社会,高考升学仍然几乎就是一切;在课程结构设置上,计算机课作为劳技课或选修课,作为点缀当个幌子,可有可无;在师资配备上,更是形影相吊、匹马单枪。如此现状我们的中学教育怎能适应时代的发展的需要,又怎能完成“科教兴国”的战略重任。在此就中学计算机教学改革,谈一些自己肤浅的看法:
