EM微生物菌肥是以光合细菌、乳酸菌、酵母菌和放线菌为主的10个属80余种微生物复合培养而成的一种新型活菌制剂。为了探索其在蔬菜上的应用效果,我站于1996-1997年在茄子、黄瓜等蔬菜上开展试验,为推广应用提供了科学依据。 一、材料与方法 (一)供试作物:日本仙苔茄、台湾芝麻条茄、伊丽莎白甜瓜、津研黄瓜、辣椒、杂交50天花菜、秋番茄。 (二)供试材料:粉状EM、液体EM、液体EMS号,由上海阿妮优有限公司提供。 (三)试验办法:试验( A)为粉状EM以 0.4%的量拌入营养土内,混和后发酵45天,做成营养钵。对照为常规营养土。 试验(B)为叶面喷施。苗期、定植期、初花期各喷施一次液体EM或EMS号500倍液,对照为清水。 结果与分析
