针对部分桥梁病害,单一的加固方法不能满足设计需求。马莲滩3号桥采用高强不锈钢绞线网-高强渗透性聚合物砂浆加固与钢板箍加固相结合的复合加固法。详细介绍了施工方案及整体施工流程,钢绞线、钢板箍以及渗透性聚合物砂浆的施工要点与质量控制措施。结果表明,该工艺加固效果好,可显著提高桥面梁承载力,并对裂缝发展有明显的抑制作用。
For some bridge diseases, a single reinforcement method can not meet the design requirements. Ma Lian Tan Bridge No. 3 using high-strength stainless steel wire mesh - high permeability polymer mortar reinforcement and steel plate hoop combination of composite reinforcement method. The construction scheme and overall construction process are introduced in detail. The construction points and quality control measures of strand, steel hoop and permeable polymer mortar are introduced in detail. The results show that the reinforcement effect of the process is good, which can significantly improve the bearing capacity of bridge deck girders and significantly inhibit the development of cracks.
