据5月27日《人民日报》报道,从去年开始,哈尔滨市委安排专人每天查阅国家、省、市级报纸等新闻媒体,将涉及该市的批评报道摘录到每日情况反馈表上,经领导审定后进行督办处理,并实行分类督办,坚持查办结果反馈制度。一些与人民群众生活密切相关的问题,要求具体督办部门应采取直接办理的方式,即深入现场调查研究,提出解决问题的建议,以便及时处理解决。
According to the “People’s Daily” report on May 27, since last year, Harbin Municipal People’s Arbitration Commission has arranged special personnel to consult daily news media such as national, provincial and municipal newspapers and extract the critical reports concerning the city on the daily feedback form. After examination and approval, it will supervise the handling and carry out classified supervision, persisting in investigating and answering the result feedback system. Some issues closely related to the life of the people require that the departments in charge of special supervision should adopt a direct handling method, that is, conduct in-depth field investigations and studies and put forward suggestions on how to solve the problems so that they can be dealt with in time.
