以非参数统计检验方法，在467例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者中分组观察TC／HDIL在伴有大血管病变、不同BMI值、不同空腹血糖水平等情况下的变化，并与其它脂质代谢指标比较。显示TC／HDL的H值或ｕ值明显地高于单项TCC或JDL以及其它单项血脂代谢指标，并且更易反映出各组间的差异。提示TC／HDL是Ⅱ型糖尿病患者脂代谢紊乱程度较敏感指标，与大血管病变合并症有一定关联。
Non-parametric statistical test was used to observe the changes of TC / HDIL in 467 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with macrovascular disease, different BMI values and different fasting blood glucose levels, and compared with other lipid metabolism indicators. The values of H or u of TC / HDL were significantly higher than those of single TCC or JDL and other indicators of lipid metabolism, and more easily reflected the differences among the groups. Tip TC / HDL is type II diabetes patients with lipid metabolism disorders more sensitive indicators of complications associated with macrovascular complications.
