本文对广州市四所幼儿园1542名学龄前儿童进行了营养调查。膳食调查结果:钙的摄入量3、4、5、6岁年龄组分别为供给量的64%、48%、49%、50%,锌分别为供给量的49%、42%、49%、56%,维生素A摄入量5、6岁年龄组为供给量的71%、77%;核黄素为74%,73%,其余各种营养素基本达到或超过供给量。 体格检查结果:男童身高2.03%低于正常范围,4.7%高于正常范围;体重1.35%低于正常范围,6.08%高于正常范围。女童身高4.11%高于正常范围;体重6.16%高于正常范围。头围、胸围、上臂围中等水平上者分别占80.6%、85.6%、84.6%。 实验室检查结果:维生素B_1缺乏和不足分别占2.34%、1.3%;维生素B_2缺乏和不足占2.03%、8.11%;维生素C缺乏占32.11%。贫血率16.85%,血清总蛋白低于正常值者占17.32%,血清锌低于正常值者占4.2%。
This article conducted a nutritional survey of 1542 preschool children in four kindergartens in Guangzhou. The anemia rate was 16.85%, the serum total protein was 17.32% lower than the normal level, and the serum zinc was lower than the normal level, accounting for 4.2%.
