近年来,随着我国高等职业教育的快速发展,高等职业教育的培养质量也逐渐为人们所关注。由于我国目前尚缺乏专门培养高等职业教育师资的教师教育机构,所以高职院校教师的职后继续教育就显得更为重要。本文通过对当前我国高职院校教师继续教育存在的问题进行分析,结合当前我国高职院校教师继续教育的实践,提出了构建高职院校教师继续教育机制的措施与途径。 In recent years, with the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country, the quality of higher vocational education has gradually attracted people’s attention. Since there is still no teacher education institution in our country that specializes in training higher vocational education teachers, post-teaching continuing education for teachers in higher vocational colleges is even more important. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of continuing education for teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country, combined with the current practice of continuing education for teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country, this paper puts forward measures and ways to construct continuing education for teachers in higher vocational colleges.
