目的 :建立眼用诺氟沙星毫微粒包封率和载药量的测定方法。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法测定诺氟沙星聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯毫微粒上清液中药物含量 ,进而计算其包封率和载药量。结果 :紫外检测波长 2 75nm ,线性范围 2 .0~ 7.0 μg .ml 1 ,平均回收率 96 .77%± 0 .93 %。结论 :该法操作简便、可靠 ,重复性好 ,共存组分无干扰
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ocular norfloxacin nanoparticles entrapment efficiency and drug loading. Methods: The content of norfloxacin polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles in the supernatant was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Then the entrapment efficiency and drug loading were calculated. Results: UV detection wavelength of 2 75nm, the linear range of 2.0 ~ 7.0 μg. Ml 1, the average recovery of 96.77% ± 0.93%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable, reproducible, coexisting components without interference
