在实验室条件下,对淡色库蚊抗溴氰菊酯品系和敏感品系的生物学特性作了对比性研究。抗性品系的产卵力、化蛹率和羽化率分别比敏感品系下降44.8%、17.63%和8.9%,散卵率增加22.5%,羽化前期时间延长1.32天,雌、雄成虫体重分别增加0.202mg和0.231mg,雌、雄成虫寿命分别缩短3.93天和4.74天。以上指标均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。表明淡色库蚊溴氰菊酯抗性与繁殖不利有关。
The biological characteristics of deltamethrin resistant and susceptible strains of Culex pipiens pallens were compared under laboratory conditions. The oviposition ability, pupation rate and emergence rate of the resistant lines decreased by 44.8%, 17.63% and 8.9% respectively than those of the susceptible lines, the oviposition rate increased by 22.5% and the preemergence time by 1.32 Adult, male and female adult body weight increased 0.202mg and 0.231mg, respectively, female and male adults shortened life expectancy 3.93 days and 4.74 days. The above indicators were significantly different (P <0.01). The results indicated that the deltamethrin resistance in Culex pipiens pallens was related to the unfavorable reproduction.
