基于客户需求的物流服务是托盘共用系统服务质量管理的核心,为提高托盘共用系统服务质量,在综合考虑托盘共用系统调度过程中的库存成本、运输成本和装卸成本等,将客户满意度作为决策变量融入到托盘共用系统调度结构体系中,建立考虑客户满意度的多周期调度优化模型;并通过实例验证考虑客户满意度的托盘共用系统多周期调度优化模型能更好地均衡调度成本和客户满意度之间的矛盾,对于提高管理者对托盘共用系统的管理有积极意义。
