木文综述了沸腾给热的机理,对汽泡的形成与成长,以及汽化中心问题作了介绍。对各主要学派的工作作了评述。对影响沸腾给热的各项因素作了分析,并介绍我们的研究结果。此外,对沸腾给热的两个临界点,膜状沸腾,管外沸腾及表面沸腾的一些特点作了介绍。关于固体溶质的溶液沸腾给热,液体混合物的沸腾给热,以及液态金属的沸腾给热也分别加以论述,并简单地介绍了我们的工作。
Woody summarizes the mechanism of boiling to heat, the bubble formation and growth, as well as the vaporization center were introduced. The work of major schools was commented. The factors that affect boiling heat are analyzed and the results of our study are presented. In addition, some characteristics of the two critical points of boiling to heat, film boiling, external boiling and surface boiling are introduced. The solution of solid solute boiling heat, liquid mixture of boiling to heat, and liquid metal boiling to heat are also discussed separately, and a brief introduction of our work.
