目的研究不同处理方法对广金钱草种子萌发的影响,为广金钱草规范化种植提供科学依据。方法以浓硫酸破除硬实和未破除硬实的种子为试验材料,采用不同浓度萘乙酸(NAA)、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、赤霉素(GA3)、高锰酸钾(KMn O4)及硝酸钾(KNO3)浸种处理观察记录种子发芽状况。结果破除硬实种子中,25 mg·ml-16-BA和200 mg·ml-1GA3处理效果最佳,发芽率分别为84.67%和84.00%,极显著高于CK;未破除硬实的种子中,10 mg·ml-1KMn O4处理组效果最佳,发芽率为75.00%,极显著高于CK。结论 10 mg·ml-1KMn O4处理能极显著提高广金钱草种子发芽率。
Objective To study the effects of different treatment methods on the germination of Cymbidium hybridum and provide a scientific basis for the standardized cultivation of Cymbidium.
