项目综合管理与传统的管理方法相比,以其自身高效率的特色得到更多人的信赖。那项目综合管理究竟如何?因其涉及到施工中的方方面面,在施工中需要按照指定的要求实现项目目标。本文首先探讨了项目综合管理的特点:企业全权负责、时间限定性、阶段性和组织协调性。接着阐述在项目实施中应坚持的原则:效率原则、统一指挥原则、平等原则、责任和权利一致原则、项目核心原则。然后根据项目综合管理的特点,将管理分为目标管理和过程管理。目标管理主要从时间、质量、费用着手,探讨了在项目施工如何具体保证目标的实现。过程管理涉及诸多方面,在本文中阐述了关键和重要的一些部分:项目管理层管理、评估项目、安全管理、制度完善。
Compared with the traditional management methods, integrated project management gets more people’s trust with its own high efficiency features. How comprehensive management of the project? Because it involves all aspects of construction, construction needs in accordance with the specified requirements to achieve the project objectives. This article first discusses the characteristics of integrated project management: the enterprise is fully responsible, time limited, stage and organizational coordination. Next, we elaborate on the principles that should be adhered to in project implementation: the principle of efficiency, the principle of unification, the principle of equality, the principle of responsibility and right of agreement, and the core principles of the project. Then according to the characteristics of project integrated management, the management is divided into the target management and process management. The management of target mainly starts with time, quality and cost, and discusses how to achieve the goal of concrete assurance in project construction. There are many aspects involved in process management. In this article, some key and important parts are described: project management management, evaluation projects, safety management and system improvement.
