高校《心理健康教育》课程的设立,普及了学生的心理健康知识,是提高和保障学生心理健康的一条有效途径。但目前传统教学模式存在的不足抑制了学生学习的积极性和理论联系实际能力的培养。在教学中应用基于问题学习的PBL模式可有效地解决传统教学模式存在的问题,使学生解决问题与综合思维等方面的能力得到针对性的提高。
The establishment of “mental health education” course in colleges and universities has popularized students ’mental health knowledge and is an effective way to improve and protect students’ mental health. However, the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode inhibit the enthusiasm of students and the cultivation of the theory and practice ability. Applying the PBL model based on question learning in teaching can effectively solve the problems existing in the traditional teaching mode and improve the ability of students to solve problems and comprehensive thinking.
