背景:祛瘀宁痛贴是第三军医大学大坪医院研制的中药外用制剂,由多种抗炎、镇痛药材组成,其对关节、肌肉、软组织疼痛具有较好的缓解作用。目的:研究祛瘀宁痛贴对组织肿胀和镇痛的作用及其机制。设计:随机对照实验研究。地点和对象:解放军第三军医大学药理学教研室。昆明种小鼠100只,体质量18~22g,雌雄兼用,均由第三军医大学实验动物中心提供。干预:按随机数字表法等分5组,赋形剂对照组、吲哚美辛(消炎痛)组、祛瘀宁痛贴0.4g/kg组、1.2g/kg组和2.4g/kg组。应用小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀模型,观察本品的抗炎作用;采用电刺激致小鼠尖叫,研究其镇痛作用。主要观察指标:①应用祛瘀宁痛贴后小鼠耳肿胀度。②用药前后不同时间痛阈值。结果:用药后小鼠耳肿胀度,赋形剂对照组、吲哚美辛(消炎痛)组、祛瘀宁痛贴0.4g/kg组、1.2g/kg组和2.4g/kg组分别为17.36±3.48,10.29±3.25,12.81±4.92,9.54±3.61,8.82±3.87。祛瘀宁痛贴与赋形剂对照组比较,显著抑制小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀(t=2.384~5.176,P<0.05~0.01),明显延长电刺激致小鼠尖叫的潜伏期(t=2.313~8.951,P<0.05~0.01)。结论:祛瘀宁痛贴对软组织肿胀及疼痛具有较好的抑制作用。
BACKGROUND: Dingtongtong is an external preparation for Chinese medicine developed by Daping Hospital of the Third Military Medical University. It is composed of a variety of anti-inflammatory and analgesic herbs. It has a good alleviation effect on joint, muscle, and soft tissue pain. Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of fennel paste on tissue swelling and analgesia. Design: Randomized controlled experimental study. Location and Object: Department of Pharmacology, Third Military Medical University of PLA. 100 Kunming mice, weighing 18-22 g, both male and female, were provided by the Experimental Animal Center of the Third Military Medical University. Intervention: 5 groups were equally divided by random number table, vehicle control group, indomethacin (indomethacin) group, perphenazine 0.4 g/kg group, 1.2 g/kg group and 2.4 g/kg group . The mouse model of Croton oily ear swelling was used to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of this product; mice were screamed by electrical stimulation to study their analgesic effect. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: 1 The degree of ear swelling of the mice after the application of diammine pain. 2 The pain threshold at different time before and after treatment. RESULTS: The degree of ear swelling of the mice after drug administration, vehicle control group, indomethacin (indomethacin) group, diosmin pain 0.4g/kg group, 1.2g/kg group and 2.4g/kg group were 17.36±3.48, 10.29±3.25, 12.81±4.92, 9.54±3.61, 8.82±3.87. Compared with the vehicle control group, diosmin pain significantly inhibited oily ear swelling in mice (t=2.384 to 5.176, P<0.05 to 0.01), significantly prolonging the latency of mouse screaming induced by electrical stimulation (t=2.313 ~ 8.951, P<0.05 to 0.01). Conclusion: The fennel paste has a good inhibitory effect on soft tissue swelling and pain.
