为探讨灰仓鼠对强毒鼠疫菌的易感性和耐受性 ,以常用实验动物 NIH小鼠和豚鼠为对照 ,进行鼠疫菌感染试验 ,结果为 :( 1) 5~ 5 0 0 0 0个鼠疫菌感染 5组 49只灰仓鼠全部 7d内死亡 ;( 2 )每只鼠接种鼠菌活菌 10个 ,2 2只灰仓鼠全部死亡 ,2 6只 NIH小鼠死亡 18只 ,6只豚鼠死亡 4只 ,三种鼠的死亡时间分别为 138.2 4± 34 .88h、15 0 .6 7± 6 2 .2 9h、192±19.6 0 h,肝脾 F1抗原 RIHA滴度 ( 2 n) 11.2 5± 0 .6 0、13.0 8± 0 .6 0、14.2 5± 1.5 0 ;( 3)人工感染鼠疫菌病死小鼠自然腐败10 d后的肝脾悬液接种灰仓鼠、NIH小鼠各 10只 ,从 6只灰仓鼠分离出鼠疫菌 ,NIH小鼠未获阳性结果 ,表明灰仓鼠对强毒鼠疫菌易感且耐受性低 ,可作为分离鼠菌的实验动物
In order to explore the susceptibility and tolerability of gray hamster to virulent Yersinia pestis, NIH mice and guinea pigs were used as control to test Yersinia pestis infection. The results were: (1) 5 ~ 50000 plague All 49 gray hamsters in 5 groups were killed within 7 days. (2) 10 mice were inoculated with live bacteria per mouse, and all 2 2 gray hamsters died. Twenty-six NIH mice died and 6 guinea pigs died. The dead time of three kinds of mice were 138.2 4 ± 34 .88h, 15 0 .67 ± 6.22.29h and 192 ± 19.6 0 h respectively. RIHA titers (2 n) of liver and spleen F1 antigen were 11.2 5 ± 0 .6 0,13.0 8 ± 0 .6 0,14.2 5 ± 1.5 0; (3) The liver and spleen suspension of artificial infected mice infected with Yersinia pestis for 10 d were inoculated with 10 hamster and NIH mice respectively. Six gray hamsters isolated Yersinia pestis, NIH mice did not get positive results, indicating that gray hamster against virulent virulent susceptible and low tolerance, can be used as experimental animals isolated murine bacteria
