目的探讨未产妇行人工流产后继发不孕的主要原因。方法对继发不孕者２８８例，同期原发不孕５９６例行子宫输卵管造影，造影剂为６０％～７６％泛影葡胺。结果继发不孕组有１５１例（５２４３％），而原发不孕组有９８例（１６４４％）有不同程度的输卵管梗阻，两组因输卵管梗阻引起的不孕有显著差异（Ｐ＜００１）。结论输卵管梗阻是继发不孕的主要原因，未产妇行人工流产存在一定的不安全性。并分析讨论未产妇因人工流产引起输卵管梗阻的原因及防治措施。 Objective To investigate the main causes of secondary infertility after abortion without maternity. Methods 288 cases of secondary infertility, 596 cases of primary infertility during the same period of hysterosalpingography, contrast agent 60% to 76% diatrizoate. Results There were 151 cases (5243%) in secondary infertility group and 98 cases (1644%) in primary infertility group. Tubal obstruction was caused by tubal obstruction in both groups (P <001). Conclusion Tubal obstruction is the main reason for secondary infertility, abortion unproductive abortion there is some unsafe sex. Analysis and discussion of the causes and prevention and treatment of tubal obstruction caused by abortion in non-mothers.
