利用隶属函数法,对云南不同生态型割手密及其血缘的F1代(共28个材料),在自然生长与干旱胁迫条件下的生长发育指标进行了比较分析。结果表明:(1)参试15个云南不同生态型割手密血缘F1代种质材料中,80%表现抗旱性强,尤其是云割F108–319等7个材料的抗旱性表现优良。(2)参试的8个割手密无性系抗旱性表现有强有弱,抗旱性表现弱、中、强的材料各占参试割手密的25%、37.5%、37.5%,抗旱性与其原生地的气候条件无一致性或特异性。(3)割手密及其血缘材料的抗旱性是一个复杂的特性,需要在育种实践中不断鉴定评价,才能有效提升抗旱育种效率。
The membership function method was used to compare the growth and development of F1 hybrids (28 materials) with different ecological types and their relatives in Yunnan under natural growth and drought stress. The results showed that: (1) 80% germplasm resources of F1 germplasm collected from 15 different ecotypes in Yunnan showed strong drought resistance, especially 7 materials such as F108-319. (2) The drought-resistance performance of the eight cut-off clone clones was weak and the performance of drought resistance was weak. The medium and strong materials accounted for 25%, 37.5% and 37.5% There is no consistency or specificity with its native climatic conditions. (3) Drought tolerance of cut-off and its kinship material is a complex trait. It needs continuous appraisal in breeding practice to effectively improve drought-resistant breeding efficiency.
