该文叙述了α－连接蛋白（α－ｃａｔｅｎｉｎ）的表达与早期胃癌临床病理形态的关系。运用抗α－连接蛋白单克隆抗体及免疫组织化学（ＡＢＣ）方法，对６９例早期胃癌标本进行检测。α－连接蛋白表达减弱中为６５．２％，α－连接蛋白表达的减弱与肿瘤的组织类型、间质量及生长方式有关，同时与病人年龄、肿瘤大小、部位、大体类型及淋巴结转移有关。认为α－连接蛋白减弱表达与早期胃癌最初的浸润及转移有关。
This article describes the relationship between the expression of α-catenin and the clinicopathological features of early gastric cancer. Using anti-alpha-connexin monoclonal antibody and immunohistochemistry (ABC) method, 69 cases of early gastric cancer were detected. The decrease in the expression of α-catenin was 65.2%. The decrease in the expression of α-catenin was related to the histological type, interstitial mass, and growth pattern of the tumor. It was also related to the patient’s age, tumor size, location, gross type, and lymph node metastasis. It is believed that the decreased expression of α-catenin is associated with the initial invasion and metastasis of early gastric cancer.
