为探讨圆孢子虫病病理反应及临床用药情况,采用氢化可的松与环磷酰胺注射大白鼠,分别于6天、28天灌胃接种入源型圆孢子虫卵囊[CSO],试建立圆孢子虫感染模型。结果白鼠在接种 CSO3天起,粪便CSO增加,平均在感染圆孢子虫 CSO5天和 7天 CSO达高峰,白鼠均出现腹泻症状。研究表明:用氢化可的松及环磷酰胺抑制白鼠免疫后,再接种 CSO,动物感染模型获得成功。
In order to investigate the pathogenic reaction and clinical application of Cyclosporidiosis, rats were injected with hydrocortisone and cyclophosphamide, and oocysts were inoculated intragastrically on days 6 and 28 respectively [CSO] Cyclosporidium infection model. Results The rats inoculated with CSO 3 days, stool CSO increased, with an average of 5 days in CSO infection and CSO 7 days reached a peak, the rats showed symptoms of diarrhea. Studies have shown that: hydrocortisone and cyclophosphamide inhibition of immune mice, and then inoculated with CSO animal models of infection was successful.
