加味小陷胸汤对实验性高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢的影响

目的:研究加味小陷胸汤对实验性高脂血症(HLP)大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A_1(Apo-A_1)、载脂蛋白B(Apo-B)的影响。方法:采用高脂饮料喂食建立大鼠HLP模型,自造模第1天起,灌胃给予加味小陷胸汤低剂量4.77g/kg·d,中剂量9.54g/kg·d,高剂量19.08g/kg·d,连续给药6周,应用酶法及免疫比浊法进行指标测定。结果:加味小陷胸汤三个剂量均能显著降低高脂大鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C、Apo-B水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),显著升高HDL-C、Apo-A_1水平(P<0.01)。结论:加味小陷胸汤能有效地调整血脂异常,对高脂血症有防治作用。 OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of modified Xiaoxianxiong decoction on serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein in experimental hyperlipidemia (HLP) rats - Effects of cholesterol (HDL-C), apolipoprotein A_1 (Apo-A_1), and apolipoprotein B (Apo-B). METHODS: Rat HLP model was established by feeding high-fat beverages. From the first day of model establishment, the low-dose 4.77g/kg·d, medium-dose 9.54g/kg·d, and high-dose 19.08 were given by gavage. g / kg · d, continuous administration of 6 weeks, the application of enzyme and immunoturbidimetric assay indicators. Results: Modified Xiaoxianxiong decoction can significantly reduce serum levels of TC, TG, LDL-C and Apo-B in three doses of hyperlipidemia rats (P<0.05, P<0.01), and significantly increased HDL-C, Apo- A_1 level (P < 0.01). Conclusion: Modified Xiaoxianxiong decoction can effectively regulate dyslipidemia and prevent and treat hyperlipidemia.
