近年来,我国经济社会发展不断加快,不动产交易在社会主义市场经济秩序中有日渐上升的趋势,而相应的产生了因不动产登记错误导致的诸多赔偿问题。目前,由于我国在不动产登记方面的法律法规还不够健全,这在一定程度上使得不动产交易安全受到了极大的影响。撰写本文的主要目的是,对不动产登记错误的赔偿责任问题从理论与实践的层面上进行深入的分析和探讨,从而提出关于不动产登记错误赔偿责任如何得以具体实现的一些建议,以此来促进我国关于不动产登记立法上的完善。
In recent years, the economic and social development in our country has been accelerating constantly. There is a rising trend in real estate transactions in the socialist market economic order, and correspondingly many compensation issues have resulted from incorrect registration of real property. At present, due to the lack of laws and regulations in the real estate registration in our country, which to a certain extent makes the real estate transaction security has been greatly affected.
