泌尿系结石治疗肾及输尿管结石是泌尿外科医师很感兴趣的课题。据德意志联邦共和国慕尼黑及美因兹两城市的报道,包括最难粉碎的胱氨酸结石均能被体外震荡波击成粉末。此法碎石受结石数目的限制,因此,目前每次治疗的震荡波数限制在1,500以内。如何使大量结石碎片顺利通过输尿管而不发生梗阻,仍是令人担心的问题。此法可治疗肾及输尿管上段结石。由于震荡波被骨盆阻挡不能抵达输尿管下段,故可将输尿管下段结石推到输尿管上段或肾盂内,再作体外震荡波碎石。
Urinary calculi treatment of kidney and ureteral calculi is a topic of great interest to urologists. According to the reports of Munich and Mainz in the Federal Republic of Germany, most of the cystine stones, including the hardest to crush, can be shattered by extracorporeal shock waves into powder.
