在当前改革开放的大潮中,医院如何在医疗服务逐步引向市场经济中提高竞争力,笔者认为坚持开展医德评价,是使医德原则和规范转化为医护人员的医德行为,提高工作质量和服务质量的重要方法之一。本文通过106份住院病人满意度调查分析,找出了护理管理中存在的问题,提出了对策:1.完善评价体系,重视医德医风教育的双向性;2.狠抓“三基”训练,强调业务技术与医德建设的一致性;3.医德评价与功利挂钩,调动医护人员的工作积极性。
