本文叙述一种测试箔片、细丝、纤维束热膨胀的新方法及所使用的计算公式,设计了一套膨胀计结构,建立了一台简易示差下垂膨胀仪。利用该仪器对若干金属丝和箔片进行了测试,结果与文献符合。该方法原理简单,结构合理,操作方便。本文还探讨了影响该仪器测试精度的因素和仪器的应用前景。 This article describes a new method for testing the thermal expansion of foil, filament and fiber bundle and the calculation formula used. A dilatometer structure is designed and a simple differential droop dilatometer is established. A number of metal wires and foils were tested with the instrument and the results were in accordance with the literature. The method has the advantages of simple principle, reasonable structure and convenient operation. This article also discusses the factors that affect the accuracy of the instrument and instrument application prospects.
