在分析自动取样机现状以及取样小车的速度特性和负载特性的基础上,提出了一种新型的液控自动取样机的取样方式,并给出了自动取样机的液压传动系统,同时,基于AMES im软件,建立了系统的仿真模型,进行了仿真分析,结果表明液压取样方式能够较好地满足取样特性要求,为实际系统的开发提供了有实用价值的新方法。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of autosampler and the speed characteristics and load characteristics of the sampling car, a new sampling method of liquid-controlled automatic sampling machine is proposed and the hydraulic transmission system of automatic sampling machine is presented. Meanwhile, based on AMES im software, the system simulation model is established and the simulation analysis is carried out. The results show that the hydraulic sampling method can meet the requirements of sampling characteristics well and provide a new method with practical value for the practical system development.
