在福建邵武地区杉木无性系采穗圃中,对4~6年生的采穗母株进行了连续3a的定株观测,以了解不同处理下母株萌芽、生长规律,并进行了采穗圃施肥初步试验。结果表明:采穗母株萌芽发生有较强的规律性,8月下旬全面清条后,9月为孕芽期,10月为芽条速生期,11月为芽条生长缓慢期,直至停止生长。母株全年萌生能力最强为4~5月,其次为8~9月;而萌条生长速度较快在6~7月,9月次之,且与月均温相关密切。施肥试验结果表明:施尿素与施复合肥均比对照显著增产,且两肥种的增产效应无显著差异;以3月初和8月底两次施肥效果最好,全年四次产条量总的增产率为54.0%~56.9%,每次施用量以每公顷187.5~225kg的尿素或复合肥为宜。根据采穗母株的萌生规律,以及已有的树体管理、土肥管理理论和实践,提出了“一年三采三插三管”的采穗圃管理制度。
