Amine Schiff bases and their metal complex anticancer agents have become the research topics of domestic and international chemical and medical workers in the past more than a decade, and there are a large number of reports in the literature, and for amino acid Schiff bases and their metals. Few studies have reported on complex anticancer agents. This article will synthesize the amino acid Schiff base 4-OH-Sal-L-Ala·K and its two metal complexes Cu[(4-OH-Sal-L-Ala)(H_2O)],Zn[(4-OH) -Sal-L-Ala)(H_2O)]·2H_2O was tested in vitro and in vivo against cancer in Escherichia coli (EAC)-vaccinated mice.
