采用右颈胸腹食管癌切除、食管胃右颈部吻合术，治疗中上段食管癌786例，术后无重大并发症发生。术后随访3～5年，认为联合化疗可提高中晚期食管癌术后生存率。
Right neck and abdomen esophageal cancer resection and esophagogastric and right neck anastomosis were used to treat 786 cases of middle and upper esophageal cancer. No major complications occurred after operation. After 3 to 5 years of follow-up, it was considered that combined chemotherapy can improve the postoperative survival rate of advanced esophageal cancer.
