目的探讨高血压患者血浆氧化应激指标水平与颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(inti mal medial thickness,I MT)的相关性。方法选择符合入选标准的原发性高血压患者100名,颈动脉彩超检测颈总动脉内-中膜厚度,根据有无颈动脉I MT增厚分为两组,其中I MT正常组(EH1组)48名,I MT增厚组(EH2组)52名。同期选择健康体检志愿者32名作为正常对照组。测定血浆过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、过氧化氢(hydrogen peroxidase,H2O2)及丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)水平的变化。结果与对照组比较,高血压组患者血浆H2O2、MDA水平升高、CAT、GSH-Px水平下降(P<0.05);高血压患者颈动脉I MT增厚与血浆H2O2、MDA水平正相关,与CAT、GSH-Px负相关(P<0.05)。结论高血压颈动脉I MT增厚与氧化应激密切相关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma oxidative stress level and carotid artery intima-medial thickness (I MT) in hypertensive patients. Methods 100 patients with essential hypertension were enrolled in this study. The intima-media thickness of common carotid arteries was detected by carotid ultrasonography and divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of carotid I MT thickening. The normal I MT group (EH1 group ) 48, I MT thickened group (EH2 group) 52. In the same period, 32 healthy volunteers were selected as normal control group. The levels of plasma catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and malonaldehyde (MDA) . Results Compared with the control group, plasma H2O2 and MDA levels and the levels of CAT and GSH-Px were decreased in hypertensive patients (P <0.05). The increase of carotid IMT in hypertensive patients was positively correlated with plasma H2O2 and MDA levels, CAT, GSH-Px (P <0.05). Conclusion The hypertensive carotid I MT thickening is closely related to oxidative stress.
