随着我国老龄化社会的到来,引发了社会各界对养老问题的思考和探索。部分老年人对晚年生活品质也提出了更高的要求,再加之老年旅游产业的兴起,因此,社会在分析了老年养老居住模式的基础上,提出了能够满足老年人休闲养老需求的旅游和养老相结合的养老方式,越来越多的社会资本也开始关注养老旅游地产行业的发展。本文提出了旅游养老地产的概念及特征,并提出了旅游养老地产的规划设计策略。 With the advent of an aging society in our country, it has triggered the thinking and exploration of the issue of pension for the aged in all walks of life.
