7.碳极空气等离子弧堆焊机该机采用碳棒作电极,压缩空气为等离子弧工作气体,使用特殊的等离子弧焊枪,堆焊自熔性耐磨合金。合金过渡系数不低于氩气等离子弧堆焊;气体和电极消耗比氩气等离子弧堆焊的成本降低90%。这种方法主要用于金属表面耐磨强化。堆焊机由一台堆焊机床、1~2把等离子弧焊枪,1~2台硅整流弧焊机、一个控制箱组成。其主要技术参数为:堆焊电流100~400A,堆焊宽度60mm,生产率0.025m~2/h,可堆焊面积1×2m~2。
