随着社会主义市场经济的进一步发展完善,国有企业尤其是国有施工企业面临着越来越激烈的竞争,作为施工企业要想在激烈的建筑市场中立稳脚,在市场经济的大环境下生存、发展、壮大,就必须重视企业的财务管理,树立“企业管理以财务管理中心,财务管理以资金管理为中心”的观念,不断的加强企业财务管理,提高企业的经济效益。本文就如何完善施工企业财务控制管理体系进行阐述。
With the further development and perfection of the socialist market economy, state-owned enterprises, especially state-owned construction enterprises, are facing more and more intense competition. As a construction enterprise, it is necessary to maintain a firm footing in the fierce construction market and survive under the conditions of a market economy. Development and growth, we must attach importance to the financial management of enterprises, establish the concept of “enterprise management to financial management center, financial management to capital management”, and constantly strengthen the financial management of enterprises to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. This article describes how to improve the construction enterprise financial control management system.
