目的观察树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀和自粘结树脂水门汀对龈沟液pH值的影响。方法将粘结固位种植义齿修复患者15例(30颗种植体)随机分为对照组15例(15颗种植体)和试验组15例(15颗种植体)。对照组予以自粘结树脂水门汀;试验组予以树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀。另选牙周健康的天然牙患者15例为空白组,每例1颗。于固位前和固位后6,12个月时,比较3组患者的龈沟液pH值和改良菌斑指数。结果固位前和固位后6,12个月,试验组的龈沟液pH值分别为(7.19±0.47),(7.30±0.51),(7.38±0.55),改良菌斑指数分别为(0.43±0.35),(0.51±0.36),(0.54±0.45);对照组的龈沟液pH值分别为(7.20±0.55),(7.39±0.48),(7.85±0.53),改良菌斑指数分别为(0.42±0.41),(0.53±0.45),(0.92±0.59);空白组的龈沟液pH值分别为(7.21±0.52),(7.22±0.55),(7.29±0.49),改良菌斑指数分别为(0.44±0.35),(0.48±0.25),(0.50±0.46)。固位后12个月,试验组和空白组的龈沟液pH值和改良菌斑指数与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。改良菌斑指数与龈沟液pH值存在正相关关系。结论树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀对种植体周围龈沟液pH值的影响较小。
Objective To investigate the effect of resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement and self-bonding resin cement on the pH value of gingival crevicular fluid. Methods Fifteen patients (30 implants) with adhesive retention prosthesis were randomly divided into control group (15 implants) and experimental group (15 implants). The control group was self-adhesive resin cement; test group to be resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement. Another healthy periodontal healthy teeth patients 15 cases of blank group, each one. Gingival crevicular fluid pH and modified plaque index were compared between the 3 groups before and at 6 and 12 months after retention. Results The pH value of gingival crevicular fluid before and after repositioning in the experimental group were (7.19 ± 0.47), (7.30 ± 0.51) and (7.38 ± 0.55), respectively, and the modified plaque index were (0.43 ± 0.5), (0.51 ± 0.36) and (0.54 ± 0.45) respectively. The pH values of gingival crevicular fluid in control group were (7.20 ± 0.55), (7.39 ± 0.48) and (7.85 ± 0.53) (0.42 ± 0.41), (0.53 ± 0.45) and (0.92 ± 0.59), respectively. The pH values of gingival crevicular fluid in the blank group were (7.21 ± 0.52), (7.22 ± 0.55) and (7.29 ± 0.49) (0.44 ± 0.35), (0.48 ± 0.25) and (0.50 ± 0.46) respectively. At 12 months after repositioning, there were significant differences in pH value and modified plaque index between the experimental group and the blank group as compared with the control group (P <0.05). There is a positive correlation between the modified plaque index and the pH value of gingival crevicular fluid. Conclusion The resin-reinforced glass ionomer cement has little effect on the pH value of gingival crevicular fluid around the implant.
