近些年,我国在各个领域深入开展了安全生产标准化建设工作,社会各界人士对安全生产标准化建设工作的重视度逐渐提高,参与其中的企业数量也在逐年增加中。与此同时,如何有效建立安全生产标准化激励约束机制也成为相关人员所面临的共同课题,笔者简要阐述了建立安全生产标准化激励约束机制的必要性,并根据自身工作实际提出了意见和建议。
In recent years, China has conducted in-depth safety work standardization in various fields. People in all walks of life have gradually attached importance to standardization work in safety production, and the number of enterprises participating in such work has also been increasing year by year. At the same time, how to effectively establish a standardized incentive and restraint mechanism for safety in production has also become a common issue for related personnel. The author briefly elaborates the necessity of establishing a standardized incentive and restraint mechanism for safety in production and puts forward opinions and suggestions according to the actual work of the work.
