为了观察有氧耐力训练和补充褪黑激素对老年小鼠肾抗氧化酶的影响,研究二者在增加抗氧化能力方面有否协同作用,本实验连续28天给老年小鼠补充褪黑激素和/或进行有氧训练,测定了肾组织内谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)、钠钾ATP酶(Na+、K+-ATPase)以及血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)活性。实验结果显示,与对照组相比,3个实验组的MDA均下降,但是抗氧化酶的变化却互不相同。实验组的Na+、K+-ATPase较对照组高,而CHE则低于对照组。运动复合褪黑激素能增强肾抗氧化能力对延缓肾老化具有一定的作用。
